If you wish to book a Private Hire or Taxi via this website, you must agree to the terms below as the exclusive basis which governs such booking and must tick the “I Agree” box. If you do not agree to any of Terms, do not book a Private Hire or Taxi via this website. If you are booking on behalf of someone else,by clicking “I Agree” ,you are representing that you have their authority to accept these Terms & Conditions on their behalf.
In these Terms and Conditions the following expressions shall have the following meanings
-In making a Booking via this Website You must provide accurate Details and are responsible for any failure to do so.
-You hereby warrant to Your Ride that You are at least eighteen years of age and legally able to make the Booking.
-Your Ride does not guarantee that it will be able to fulfill Your requirements and reserves the rights to refuse any Bookings which You wish to make and to cancel any Bookings You have made, and in such case to refund to You, in full and final settlement of any claims you might have, the Fee paid by You.
-It is Your responsibility to ensure that Your Details are correct. When You make a Booking, this constitutes an offer which minicabit may or may not accept. Your Booking is not confirmed until you see the confirmation screen on the Website.
-Any Booking You make may also be subject to PHO Terms & Conditions, although where there is any conflict between the PHO Terms & Conditions and the provisions of this agreement, the provisions contained in this agreement override those in the PHO Terms & Conditions.
-Your Ride reserves the right to correct typographical errors in any elements of the information that appears on the Website including pricing mistakes. If, once You are informed of such error, You wish to withdraw Your offer and do not wish to proceed with the purchase, You shall be free to do so and any monies already paid by You will be refunded in full.
Your Ride prices are calculated manually with the distance, time of travel and the number of passengers traveling taken into consideration. Your Ride company reserves the ride to provide on upgraded Vehicle type from the Orginal selected if your chosen vehicle is unavailable
– All bookings must be made through the office either via the website, email or by live chat. In this way confirmations are sent out and the journey is insured.
-Booking must be made at least 24 hours before the required pick up time.
-You can change,amend or cancel your booking at any time up to 24 hours before the journey start time.Any amendments must be made via an email or Live Chat to us to which you will receive an email confirmaing the amendments. Amendments must not be made with your driver.
-Your Booking will be treated as “Booking Request” until you receive a booking confirmatoin from us.
-A child,regardless of age, counts as one passenger.
-If you need to transport a wheelchair,please specify this at the time of booking.Your Statutory rights are not affected by these terms & conditions.
-In any emergency if you need any of our service please contact us via our Live chat,we will try to help but there is no guarantee that a driver or vehicle will be available at any short period notice.
-You must allow sufficient time when booking your taxi vehicle to allow for the check-in times required by, for example, your airline. Your Ride shall not be responsible for any delay caused by your failure to allow enough time to reach your destination or if the passengers are not ready for collection at the booked time.
-You must book a suitable vehicle size for the number of passengers and luggage. We cannot guarantee to carry excessive amounts of luggage over and above what the vehicle is designed for. All luggage is carried entirely at your risk.
-Please check your booking confirmation carefully and inform us promptly of any errors. We shall not be responsible for any delays caused or costs arising from your failure to provide us with correct information.
-We are entitled to assume that any person who quotes the correct account number and Client name has authority to make a booking on behalf of the Client.
-The driver will travel by the most appropriate route on the day unless instructed otherwise by the Client, in which case additional charges may apply. Unless specified at the time of booking, we may not automatically be able to accommodate additional pick-ups or drop-offs, although every effort will be made to meet such requirements. If our driver is asked to wait either at the beginning or during a journey, we reserve the right to charge waiting time at our current standard rate.
-We will endeavour to ensure the vehicle(s) arrive at the time and place requested. We cannot, however, accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as mechanical failure, traffic jams, traffic accidents or extreme weather conditions. Nor do we accept responsibility for any consequential loss.
-You agree to treat our drivers and staff, or drivers introduced to you through Your Ride with respect and not to cause damage to their vehicles or to engage in any unlawful, threatening, harassing, abusive behaviour or activity whilst using their vehicles or any of our Services.
-Your Ride may in its absolute discretion, without liability and without giving reasons refuse Services to anyone for any reason at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse entry to our vehicles to anyone who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour poses a threat to the safety of the driver, the vehicle or other passengers within the vehicle. We further reserve the right to terminate any journey due to unreasonable or improper behaviour by any passenger. If special cleaning of any vehicle is required because it has been left in an unreasonable state by a passenger/client, we reserve the right to charge the cost of cleaning to the Client.
On journeys collecting from an airport Your Ride does not charge for the first 15 minutes waiting time after the plan has landed.
Waiting time charges will , however, strat once the first 15 minutes has surpassed from when the aircraft has landed will be charged, regardless of the reason, at £20/hour pro rata.
Waiting time for all other journeys will be charge at £20/hour pro rata from the scheduled pick up time.
Any Tolls are not included in the instant online quotes. The driver will ask you for the money or we can take this from your card if you prefer.
Your Ride will accept any cancellation as long as 24 hours notice is provided. There will be a 10% administration/transaction charge per journey. All cancelations must be made via an email to which you will received confirmation by us.

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
-These Terms shall form the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any previous agreement and (save so far as expressly preserved hereby) representations oral or otherwise made by either of the parties. You warrant that You have not relied on any representation made by Your Ride in entering into this agreement.
-Failure by either party at any time to enforce any right claim or provision of these Terms or arising hereunder shall not be construed as a waiver of such right, claim or provision.

All notices to You shall be given in writing to the email address You have provided as part of the Details. All notices may be served by email and shall be deemed to have been given 1 hour after transmission there of.
-These Terms and Your agreement with Your Ride shall be governed and construed in accordance with British Law. You irrevocably agree for the exclusive benefit of Your Ride to submit any dispute hereunder to the jurisdiction of the courts but nothing herein shall prevent Your Ride from taking proceedings against You in any other court of competent jurisdiction.
Limitations and Exclusions:
-Your Ride shall not undertake the carriage or delivery of:
-money or securities, antiques, precious metals, furs, or jewellery or value, any goods or property (of whatsoever nature) of an intrinsic value of more than £50.
-any goods or property of a hazardous, dangerous, inflammable, explosive or noxious nature, or are illegal to possess under existing British Law, and/or
-any goods or property (of whatsoever nature) which may deteriorate in transit.
-Your Ride shall have no liability whatsoever for loss or damage, however arising in relation to the clause of this agreement.
-Without prejudice to the provisions of clause Your Ride shall not in any event be liable directly or indirectly for.Without prejudice to the provisions of clause Your Ride shall not in any event be liable directly or indirectly for:
-loss, damage and/or breakage to any fragile items what so ever whether arising from the acts, omissions or negligence of Your Ride and/or its employees and/or agents or arising otherwise howsoever.
-Without prejudice to the generality of clause in particular Your Ride shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage arising directly or indirectly from:
-breakdown, accident, adverse weather conditions. any act or omission on the part of the Customer.
-any clause, act or circumstance beyond the control of Your Ride (including, without limitation, any strike, (official or not) lock-out or other form of industrial action or labour dispute, governmental regulations, legal restrictions, embargoes, fire, flood, Act of God, any consequence of riot, war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities (whether war be declared or not) civil war, acts of terrorism, rebellion, military or usurped power, confiscation, requisition or destruction of or damage to property by or upon the order of or in the name of any Government or public local authority, or other conditions amounting to force majeure).
-the provision of clauses above are apply to liability for loss or damage to goods or property and do not apply to liability for death or personal injury.
